The Swinelord tapes are done, we’re just waiting on the patches.  The finished thing will be worth the wait, the EP was recorded reel to reel and you can definitely hear the difference, it sounds incredible on tape, such a deep sound.  This band is well known in Manchester by people involved in the extreme underground, but they are criminally underexposed to the rest of the UK.  We here at COF believe that these guys are doing this sound as good as anyone else out there at the moment, and urge you to check them out!  You can listen to it online here > http://swinelord.bandcamp.com/album/i-feel-fucked

The next release chronologically is the Iced Out tape (COF6), but as that isn’t yet recorded, we might go ahead and release the Esoteric Youth re-press, this is another Manchester band who are kicking arse at the moment, their original run of 30 on Night Terrors Records sold out fairly sharp, so we’re happy to be able to do a run of 50 for the Johnny-Come-Latelys so they can enjoy this incredible demo.  Recorded by ex-Knife Crimes guitarist Joe Clayton (AKA The Germ), this demo EP is a serious first statement, the alternative COF art is also beautiful, listen here > http://esotericyouth.bandcamp.com/
